Brief Keeping true to the brand message of “Start Something New”, at the launch of the 2013 brand campaign, the objective was to find a break though way to engage with our digitally savvy audience, through social media, and create a whole new brand experience.
Audience – Young & style conscious, between 18 – 36, our TA is very active on social networks.
Solution Young people spend a lot of time ‘liking’ things on Facebook. So we created the first Like Based Catalogue – Perfect for Me – an FB app that displays a customized catalogue to people specially for them depending on what they like on FB. We did this by cross indexing FB’s 42 Like categories against all our e store products and then mapping them against a user’s likes.
