General advice for Case Film:

The Case film must explain how your campaign was conceived and developed from start to finish, incorporating the various different media used in the campaign. Your Case Film must be limited to the time specified as per the category.

Encoding Requirements:
The Case Film must be submitted on the Entry disk along with supporting material.
Please encode your video in HQ compressed as a QuickTime file using a H.264 or MPEG codec. The resulting file should have Audio and Video as one file, encoded as PAL no larger that 720p. Output size should be no larger than 500 MB. Unless specified otherwise.

Tips for your Case Film:

  • Please ensure your case film is no longer than necessary.
  • Use appropriate video frame rate, the maximum being no more than 29.97fr/sec.
  • Try to grab the attention of the jury as quickly as possible and go into more detail later.
  • Together with clear self-explanatory visuals, a coherent voiceover is often effective.
  • However, avoid showing the creative explaining the campaign to camera.
  • You MUST NOT refer to any agency or individual who has contributed to the campaign, either visually or verbally.

Please provide sufficient English translation to ensure that the judges understand your work. Any textual and/or audio translation provided need not be literal and should only apply to material that you deem necessary. Please be wary of using direct translation that might misinterpret your intent.
