Arun IyerArun Iyer is currently the Chairman & Chief Creative Officer of Lowe Lintas, one of India’s leading advertising agencies. He has spent close to 20 years in advertising.

After spending his first couple of years with some creative hot shops like Multiprint Advertising and By Design, he then moved on to TBWA where he handled brands like BPL Mobile, CNBC India, Foster’s beer, Indian Oil Corporation. Arun has been credited for creating the launch campaign for BPL Mobile in Mumbai. He then moved to CNBC India to set up The Cell, an in-house advertising cell for the group.

In 2003 he moved to Lowe Lintas and worked on brands like Surf Excel, Kissan, Axis Bank, Tanishq, Fastrack, Britannia, Idea Cellular among others. In 2005, he worked on the iconic launch of ‘Dirt is Good’ campaign for detergent brand Surf Excel in India. The work received huge recognition across multiple award shows in India & globally.

More recently, Arun has been involved in many campaigns for Google, Flipkart, Swiggy which have been rated highly by the industry and media alike. His work on the iconic campaign Tanishq Remarriage, too received rave reviews from media across the world including The Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Adweek and other reputed publications.

Under his creative leadership, the agency has gone on to win many laurels at award shows in India and globally including being crowned Effie India Agency of the Year in 2015, APAC Effie Agency of the Year 2016, Agency of the Year at APAC Tambuli Awards, WARC 100 – Best creative agency in the World, APAC AMES Awards, and others.
