Kyoorius launches design awards for the ad industry

Kyoorius, a not for profit initiative by Transasia Fine Papers that is known for creating annual conferences on design — Kyoorius Designyatra, has announced launch of the ‘Kyoorius Awards’ in partnership with D&AD and the International Advertising Association (IAA) – India Chapter.

The awards, conceptualised with an aim of recognising and rewarding excellence, innovation and originality, will be given away at the 9th annual Kyoorius Designyatra in Goa on August 29…

Kyoorius teams up with D&AD and IAA’s India chapter to launch design awards

The awards which are christened as Kyoorius Awards were announced in Mumbai today. Rajesh Kejriwal, founder and CEO, Kyoorius and Kaushik Roy, past president, International Advertising Association (IAA), India chapter, were present at the launch of the awards while Tim Lindsay, CEO, Design and Art Direction (D&AD) joined the gathering through Skype.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to coincide with Kyoorius Designyatra in Goa and will be held on 29 August 2013. These awards will recognise design excellence in nine categories such as print, packaging, digital, retail and design for good. The awards will also focus on emerging talent with Student awards…

Kyoorius Awards 2013 Press Conference was held on May 10, 2013, at Blue Frog, Mumbai.

Rajesh Kejriwal (Founder CEO, Kyoorius), Tim Lindsay (CEO, D&AD) and Kaushik Roy (Immediate Past-President, IAA – India Chapter) unveiled the Kyoorius Awards to the press.
