Neil CooperGroup Creative Director, Publicis.Sapient

Following an MA in Fine Art, Neil began his career in 1999 at working on the multi-award winning British Airways account. He then spent five years at AKQA developing campaigns for Nike, Microsoft and Orange, followed by 10 years working for design and integrated branding agencies, including Radley Yeldar, Bostock and Pollitt and Addison Group winning awards from Red Dot, Design Week, Revolution and BIMA awards along the way.

Neil joined Publicis.Sapient as Creative Director for Visual Design in 2015. His role is to lead immersive brand experiences for Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Scania, British Airways, HCA and Lloyds Bank to name a few. In his current role at Publicis.Sapient as Group Creative Director, Neil heads up a studio of over 100 strong creatives that put design, craft and ideas firmly at their heart. His role is to create impactful brand experiences that help his clients connect with their customers in the entertainment, healthcare, retail and financial industries across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Growing and nurturing creative culture and talent is something Neil is passionate about in and out of the office.

He is part of the judging panel for Apps for Good and has also served on the creative careers panel at the BRIT school to discuss insights and opportunities for success in the creative industry.
