The Goodhands range of services is aimed at NRIs and frequent travelers who require assistance in caring for their elderly in their absence, without the sterility of a hospital or the isolation of an old age home. | |||
| Solution | Goodhands is a new product idea that required educating users while assuaging their fears. The idea was to build a solution that exhaustively, yet simply and insightfully answered any query that the user may have. We also bore in mind the possibility of elderly users, and made the design and navigation as approachable as the product itself. | |||
