Brief History’s generally been considered a boring subject & the history we know is generally something which has been passed on to us by our grandparents or through school textbooks. But India has a glorious history of quirky & unknown facts. To get a young audience interested in a subject they consider boring, we gave it a twist by re-enacting historical events on social media through ‘Twistories’.
Solution Epicgrams is a platform which showcases the quirky side of Indian history and mythology but for a platform which has content revolving around history, it is difficult to capture the attention of a young audience. Twistories was a social media led activity which managed to use the platform as a hook and get the message across to the users.
Each historical story has been re-enacted using various social media platform. All profiles of the characters are actual profiles which have been created on Facebook and Twitter.
While the main story is visible in a timeline format on the microsite, one should also visit the profiles of these characters to understand the detailing and depth of the campaign.
