Urban – Avantgarde Bengaluru

Urban-Avantgarde was a multi-faceted, month-long series of events from graffiti and mural inspired painting on public walls of Bangalore to experimental dance performances, workshops, lectures, exhibitions, video screenings and music events.

As part of “Germany and India 2011-2012: Infinite Opportunities”, it presented an artistic dialogue between contemporary artists from both countries and various disciplines, who unconventionally expanded the modes of expression of urban culture.

This book was designated to act as an access key to provide urban explorers with a consolidated information and exploration tool while discovering the artistic remains of this project throughout Urban Bengaluru.
