| Description | In 2012-13, Aastha Gandhi, a fifth generation scion of the Vadilal’s family, decided to start a high-end artisan gelataria with its first outlet in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We named the gelato parlour – Melt-in. A simple word that conveyed emotion and experience all at once and a custom typeface with graphic language for the brand to represent the creamy texture of the gelato. The products were shot in seductive manner to cue a sensory and luscious eating experience. With all these elements we created the packaging and in-store communication. A new design language that infused a touch of culinary couture, essential for a brand of gelato talking to a new, discerning audience was hence created. | |||
