When can I start working on my entries?
You can start working on your entry from today. All information pertaining to the briefs is available along with a detailed submission guide and useful information such as logos and other references.
When can I submit my entries?
While you can start working on your entires before hand, submissions on the entry site begin on the 20th of March 2014.
What is the last date for submission?
The deadline for submitting entries is 19th of May 2014. All relevant materials must be received on or before the 19th of may 2014 to be accepted into the awards.

Where do I start?
Start by looking through the categories & briefs in detail. Each category has been detailed with deliverables & a submission guide. Have a look at the section on Eligibility to know if you are eligible. Once you’ve identified which category and brief you want to work on – download the brief and brief pack and get cracking. What are the submission requirements and deliverables?
The submission requirements and deliverables vary from brief to brief. Download the brief of your choice for our sponsors to know more.
What is the A2 board?
Your work must be submitted as an A2 board alongside your online submission – The board must be mounted on card board/ sunboard and should not be more than 2mm thick. There is no specific gridline to follow. But each brief has specific requirements so download the brief to know these in detail.
Can I submit and entry to more than one brief?
Yes. You can create and submit an entry to as many briefs as you like.
Can I submit more than one entry to the same brief?
Yes. You can create and submit as many entries the brief of your choice.
How much does it cost?
We’ve kept it simple – with a universal pricing structure across briefs. Each response to the Kyoorius Student Awards – Rs. 500 + Taxes per entry.
How do I pay?
All information for payment will be made available at the time of entry submission – from the 20th of March 2014.
Eligibility
Who can enter?
Students currently enrolled in any full time education programme in India can enter the Kyoorius Student Awards.
I’m not a student but, I’ve just graduated. Can I enter?
Entry is open to recent graduates – if you have graduated between — 1 January 2013 & 31 March 2014.
I am not studying design but I have an idea. Can I submit and entry?
Yes. The Kyoorius Student Awards are open to all students – studying any subject or specialty.
Can we enter as a group or team?
Yes. Up to four people can work together and enter as a team. Everyone on the team must meet the eligibility criteria
Can I team up with friends from other universities? Or those who have already graduated?
Yes, you can enter with anyone who’s eligible, even if they don’t study at the same uni or college as you. Students and non-students can work together too.
I am an Indian citizen but study abroad. Can I enter?
Yes.
I am not an Indian citizen but study in India. Can I enter?
Yes.
Is there a limit to how many entries one can enter?
No. You can enter as many entries as you like.
Can I enter my own work or one of my school projects?
No. Entries are only accepted in response to one of the ten briefs available.

I’m a student but I’ve done a professional project. Where do I submit this?
This work must be submitted in the relevant professional awards programme. Visit awards.kyoorius.com/ to choose from the Kyoorius Advertising Awards, Kyoorius Design Awards or Kyoorius Digital Awards. Your entry is subject to rules, regulations and pricing of the professional categories.
Results & Winnings
How will I know if I’ve been nominated?
All nominations will be announced via awards.kyoorius.com/ at the end of June 2014.
When will I know if I’ve won?
All award winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at Kyoorius Designyatra 2014 in Goa.
What will I win?
– A gorgeous Red Elephant which you pick up at the Kyoorius Awards night at Kyoorius Designyatra 2014 in Goa.
– A cash prize of INR 50,000/-
– One student pass for Kyoorius Designyatra 2015
– Entry feature in the Kyoorius Awards Annual
– One certificate for each of the entrants (if part of a team)
– Right to use the relevant Red Elephant Mark
Do I get something if I’m nominated?
