Brief VKL Spices was launching a ‘Flavoured Syrups’ brand to cater to:
i) HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Catering)

ii) Retail Consumers; in direct competition to MONIN- French brand, Global Leader.

Objective of Branding & Packaging Design:
1. Create a distinct and high on recall Brand Experience through each flavour; total 52!
2. Create designs, that adapt well to international as well as desi flavours. 

Solution
Syrup bottles share space with some of the most expensive wines & whiskeys, however they are seen as just another ingredient and their packaging is mundane & far from aspirational.
With Marimbula, idea was to make every bottle a Collector’s Edition. The design is India Inspired, yet International in it’s appeal, thus creating instant connect with well-travelled bartenders as well as retail buyers.
