Brief
To recruit speech and hearing impaired candidates, for a career in graphic design from a college for the differently-abled.

Process
We spent several days on-campus understanding the candidates, their expectations and motivation levels. Differently-abled people have dreams, aspirations, and skills to match. Getting a job was not a concern; getting the right job was. They had a unique approach to communication that we needed to incorporate to attract student-applications. We decided to communicate our message in a language they best understood. “A Job Designed Just For You” became our communication strategy.

Outcome
The creative attracted 62 enquiries for 15 available positions.
