Brief | With the growing number of patisseries and delicatessen in India, it is easy to become a face in the crowd. As a new entrant, the challenge lay in establishing a completely new brand that was not just a cut above the rest but the paragon of desserts in India. The brand had to be created in toto, including name, which signalled luxury, finesse and an evolved sense of taste. | |||
Solution |
Chef Toshin’s hedonistic style made his products highly distinctive which is why, as with an artist, we developed his name as the brand itself. Inspired by the art of plating, we created a signature for Toshin with a T, an underline and dots that contained the flourish of a master artist’s sign-off. This subtle embedding of a bespoke gesture gave a highly luxurious finish to the brand. |
