Brief Unnati (not-for-profit), is a vocational and life skills training program that has placed over 5000 under-privileged & unemployed youth in a range of private sector jobs. With rising joblessness and our Demographic Dividend turning into a Disaster, Unnati wanted to reposition itself as it geared up towards their vision to ‘train & employ 1 million youth by 2020’.
Solution
Our research showed that the under-privileged youth are not only looking for someone who can provide them with a job, but also someone who can equip them with the right LIFE skills. They needed a trusted counselor.
