Brief Coverfox noticed that many customers visited its website to check out the interface, but didn’t get around to renewing their insurance policies. Since most policies expire every year, our task was to get customers to renew their insurance on before they start getting calls from other providers.
Scale & Location We created videos of a Coverfox employee talking to the audience and telling them that he’s going to remind them to renew their insurance, followed with 7 videos with reminders seamlessly integrated into them. The videos followed them over several days. We also flooded the internet with targeted web banners as well. The web banners appeared on a variety of websites.
We tracked down people who visited but didn’t get around to renewing their insurance. With some help from Google, we were able to use retargeting. Instead of boring brand messages, we used the platform to entertain them and create reminders that would actually help customers. We also used Google’s ad network to flood the internet with static reminders, which were relevant.
